Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. All prices are listed in US dollars and payment is required at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Live Sale Pickup
Items listed under Live Sale Pickup were sold during a live broadcast and are reserved for the buyer whose handle is shown. Payment through this site confirms your pickup. Unpaid items may be released back to sale at our discretion.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed after they enter the carrier's hands, but we'll always do our best to help track them down.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is hand-selected and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or not as described. In that case, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Product Accuracy
Crystals and gemstones are natural — variations in color, shape, and size are part of their charm. We do our best to photograph and describe each piece accurately, though screens can render colors slightly differently.
